thesixtyone is repeatedly creating the most interesting/experimental UIs for music on the web. The previous iteration of the site was unlike anything else on the web, this current one is too.
Their work inspires and expands the limits of what is possible. That’s why I picked them for the MidemNet Lab startup showcase about to happen in Cannes, France. The other companies that got picked are fantastic [PDF] too: Songkick, Kickstarter, Awdio and Aviary.
This is a lot of fun to play with, try it out!
